Apple India Profit Take Off
Apple's profits in India have risen, and as a result, the corporation has raised its dividend payout. This increase in earnings is partly due to Apple's strong sales in the Indian market.
In FY24, Apple India's dividend distribution to its Irish holding company increased to ₹3,302 crore, exceeding its net profit for the first time. This comes as iPhone sales in the country have risen, increasing Apple India's income by 36%. While analysts praise the impressive sales, they also identify static operating margins and rising inventories as possible issues.
According to Apple's third-quarter report, Apple reported revenue of $85.8 billion, marking a 5% increase from the previous year. The company's earnings per share also saw an impressive 11% growth. This significant growth can be attributed to Apple's innovative product lineup, including the iPhone, iPad, Mac, AirPods, and Apple Watch.
Therefore, Apple's skyrocketing profit in India is a good sign of the company's expansion and success in the region. Apple's new goods and services position it to continue its upward trajectory.
